Stefanie Kaiser is a strategic communications, product and programme lead specialising in forestry, biodiversity, and environmental markets.

With over 20 years of experience across forestry, environmental markets, and stakeholder engagement, she has been closely involved in the development of biodiversity markets and the associated naturetech space. She has recently founded her own advisory, Kaiser Environmental Markets, where she works with organisations, project developers, and investors to translate impact ambition into structured, investable and deliverable initiatives. 

Her work focuses on aligning technical, commercial, social and environmental perspectives in complex, multi-actor settings. In a rapidly evolving market - shaped by new technologies and the growing role of AI - she supports organisations in maintaining coherence and decision-readiness across projects and portfolios. In nature investments and markets, she is particularly focused on navigating the trade-offs between business feasibility, scientific robustness and impact relevance.

Stefanie brings experience from working in-country in tropical forest contexts, particularly in Latin America, as well as Africa and Southeast Asia. She works internationally in English, Spanish and German and is based in Edinburgh, UK.
