Paulina is dedicated to helping businesses and financial institutions increase their climate ambition and accelerate their sustainability agenda. In parallel, she works closely with leading global climate & environmental non-profits to support and inform their work, including natural climate solutions.

Paulina was a member of the team responsible for redefining BCG’s climate strategy. She worked closely with BCG’s global leadership to scale and accelerate the firm’s efforts, including aligning on priorities, defining go-to-market strategies, developing partnerships, and shaping BCG's own net zero strategy and approach towards natural climate solutions. Today, she continues to serve as advisor to BCG's own internal sustainability team.

Paulina is core to BCG’s partnerships with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and the World Wildlife Fund (WWF). She also serves as Steering Committee member of the WEF/WBCSD Natural Climate Solutions Alliance. Before joining the firm, she worked at WWF’s Markets Institute, as well as the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), helping further business-focused approaches to sustainability.

Paulina holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, a MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a Master of Science from MIT's Technology & Policy Program. She is also a graduate from Wellesley College, and currently serves in their Board of Trustees. She lives in San Francisco and is originally from Mexico City.
