What is
Mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain applies to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects whose development consent applications are made on or after 2 November 2026. Every NSIP promoter in England must now show at least a 10% gain in biodiversity value, and the procurement decisions behind that are being taken now.
The BNG Capital & Procurement Forum is the working session for the senior people deciding how that market trades. NSIP and housebuilder procurement leads, habitat banks and landowners, lenders, investors, insurers and senior policy officials, in one room for two days.
Single track. Pre-agreed 1:1 meetings in every break. Off-record workshops for the conversations that cannot happen in public. No press.

Excellent. A great forum to catch up and hear new things … It is great to see who has attended sessions, and in that way it is far better than a normal conference.
