From 2008 to 2016 Nanno was the CEO of the Dutch Development Bank (FMO), where he worked for almost 30 years. Before joining FMO, he worked in Peru, Mexico and Nicaragua. Nanno was Chairman of IUCN, Dutch Chapter until may 2017. Nanno is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the andgreen.fund, which started its activities in July 2017. Nanno’s passion is to contribute to a sustainable world, bringing together finance, business, governments and NGO’s. To create new viable business models at scale that protect, preserve and restore nature and that will contribute to the Global Goals, where institutional investors can to invest in.
