Jeremy's mission is to understand people, bridge divides, and design systems that advance economic prosperity, healthy communities, and multigenerational environmental stewardship. Curiosity, gratitude, and integrity are his core values. The Arbor Day Foundation's mission is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. As Managing Director of Carbon Markets, he leads carbon credit transactions, carbon removal investments, partnerships, and strategy. During his tenure with the Foundation, they have enhanced the development of over 30 forest carbon projects, become a trusted partner for hundreds of corporate sustainability leaders, and served on many influential carbon market shaping collaborations such as ICROA, IETA, NCS Alliance, Ecosystem Marketplace, and BACA. From 2020-2023, Jeremy was elected to ICROA's Governance Committee and acted as the Vice Chair in 2022 and Chair in 2023.
