Edvard Fång, Managing Director

IWC Asset Management+

Edvard is Managing Director of IWC Asset Management+ (IWC AM+) and serves as member of the IWC AM+ Investment Committee and IWC Executive Committee.

Edvard joined IWC in 2012 as Senior Due Diligence Manager involved with forestry investment transactions and since 2018 as Managing Director of the direct investment and asset management team where his primary focus lies on strategy, business development as well as organizational developments.

Prior to IWC Edvard worked with M&A in the Danish Growth Fund with responsibility for IT/tech and Greentech venture investments, DONG Energy, Denmark’s largest energy company where Edvard was responsible for managing several international sales and acquisitions, and Telecom Denmark where he worked closely with the owners from global investment firms Blackstone, KKR, Permira, Providence and Apax on international company acquisitions and sales.

Edvard began his career in 1999 at Swedish Handelsbanken Asset Management where he worked with public and private equity investments. There he acquired experience from institutional investments both during economic upturns as well as gloomy downturns and major world conflicts such as the 9/11 2001 events.

Edvard holds a Master of Law from Lund University, Sweden.
