Mr. Williams is a leader in community-based conservation and REDD+. Initially, he focused on community empowerment with villagers in Nepal and expanded to supporting development of REDD+ projects and programs. He has supported both REDD+ project and program development and implementation in Cambodia, Indonesia, India, and Nepal. He manages all WWC regional activities including project and program development and coordinates with all stakeholders, including partners, governments, and NGOs. He also supports corporate engagement with investors, finance partners, and buyers. Mr. Williams is a creator of Red Panda Network and former adjunct professor at San José State University and conducted field research on red panda and human ecology in eastern Nepal. He holds a M.Sc. in Environmental Studies from San José State University, California, U.S.A.
