Petri Lehtonen

Petri Lehtonen has been an Expert for Private Sector Investments at the Forests for the Future Facility of the European Commission since the beginning of 2020. Previously he worked as a Forest Finance Expert at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (2018 to 2019), in different positions (Senior Partner) at Indufor Helsinki (1992 to 2018). Prior to that he worked in the FAO (1989-1992), University of Helsinki (1985-88) and the Natural Resources Institute Finland (1984). He holds a master’s degree in forest economics (M.Sc. For.) from the University of Helsinki (1988) and MBA (International finance) from Aalto University (2003).


Successful event - positively different from the previous ones with broader scope to new opportunities. Went very well
