Andrea Shwalber is a Sustainability Manager at Nestlé Germany AG, where she has worked since 2010 across functions including nutritional science and product development. Over the past eight years, she has led sustainability initiatives focused on climate, regenerative agriculture, and biodiversity. With more than 25 years of experience in the food sector, her background spans retail, sales, marketing, product development, and sustainability. She is also a founding member and Vice Chairwoman of Food for Biodiversity, a cross-sector initiative launched in 2021. Andrea holds a diploma in Nutritional Science (Oecotrophologie) from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
