Tanja Havemann

Tanja is the co-founder and director of Clarmondial and is a director of the Food Securities Fund. She has ca. 20 years of experience in the environmental finance sector, and has worked with leading investors, companies, foundations, governments and NGOs on mobilizing additional funding for sustainable natural resource management. Tanja has hands on experience in emerging markets agriculture and forestry, energy, fisheries, waste and carbon investments. Clarmondial is based in Switzerland with local representatives in East and West Africa and in LAC. She has academic qualifications in environmental sciences, environmental law and environmental economics. She also serves as a board member to the Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) and SRI Executive.
