Siddarth Shrikanth is an investment director of Just Climate's recently launched Natural Climate Solutions strategy and author of The Case for Nature (Penguin and Duckworth, 2023). Siddarth studied conservation biology and climate science at Oxford and began his career at McKinsey and Company in London, where he worked with corporates and governments on climate and nature action. He was on the founding team of McKinsey's environmental incubator, McKinsey.org, and led the Rethinking Recycling programme in Indonesia. Siddarth also co-founded Working Trees, a natural carbon removal startup, and has consulted for the Singapore PM's office and the World Bank. He holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School.
