Nils Herrmann is Co-Founder of Terra Madre, a carbon project developer scaling regenerative agroforestry systems across Europe. The company enables investors and land managers to design, measure and monetise high-integrity carbon removal and ecosystem outcomes.

Previously, he served as COO & Co-Managing Director at HelloFresh, where he helped scale the company globally and shaped its sustainability strategy, and later as Chief Commercial Officer at Climate Farmers.

Today, Nils leads fundraising and commercial strategy at Terra Madre. He is also an active business angel and leads the AgriFood stream at the Creative Destruction Lab, supporting climate and agrifood innovators.
