Michael is a co-founder and CEO of Beeodiversity, a nature-tech company which empowers companies and public entities to create value through biodiversity regeneration and pollution reduction.

After studying law , he started his career as a M&A lawyer in an international law firm. He then had different entrepreneurial and business development experiences as director of a prime real estate company, founder of a SME coaching firm, etc. In 2012, he met Bach Kim Nguyen, an Ashoka Fellow and worldwide expert regarding the bee decline issue, biodiversity and regenerative agriculture. Together they created and scaled BeeOdiversity which is currently active in 20 countries in EU, USA, Africa, South America with an impact over 150.000ha. BeeOdiversity's offering is structured around consulting services and state-of-the-art, nature-based monitoring solutions to allow data-driven actions on the ground to enhance biodiversity and reduce pollution.
