At ICVCM, Zhen Yi oversees policy engagements on carbon markets in Asia. In her previous role with the Singapore Government, Zhen Yi led negotiations on Article 6.2 bilateral cooperation Implementation Agreements between the Singapore Government and partner countries in Southeast Asia. She also developed carbon market policies and facilitated strategic projects to build Singapore’s carbon markets ecosystem.
