Kevin Brazel (Customer Solutions Lead): Kevin has extensive knowledge of corporate sustainability strategy and regulation, with expertise in voluntary carbon market nature-based solutions and MRV frameworks. He leads Space Intelligence's technical engagements with customers, drawing on a background in data science and analysis.

Kevin Brazel is Customer Solutions Lead at Space Intelligence, where he leads technical engagements with customers to show how geospatial mapping and near-real-time monitoring can protect forests and identify deforestation risk. He has extensive knowledge of corporate sustainability frameworks and integrating nature-based solutions into decarbonisation strategy, whether through investments in the VCM or insetting within owned value chains.  

He has worked in the voluntary carbon market for five years, and believes accurate quantification and frequent monitoring are central to the conservation and restoration of the world's forests.

Space Intelligence is dedicated to supporting sustainable finance and NBS using satellite data to monitor forest health and carbon stocks. They are one of three dedicated Digital Service Providers for Verra’s avoided deforestation methodology, provide data to Intercontinental Exchange’s EUDR compliance solution and support global clients with due diligence and near-real-time monitoring of their natural capital investments.
