Climate Impact Partners – A merger of ClimateCare and Natural Capital Partners

Rachael is Global Director of Project Development at Climate Impact Partners, responsible for originating, designing, and delivering high integrity carbon projects across all technology types, from nature-based solutions to household and community energy efficiency and clean water. She has been at the forefront of the transition to a sustainable, net zero carbon economy for 15 years, in senior commercial and governance roles in international private and public sector organisations. Rachael helps our partners turn climate responsibilities into positive outcomes by financing, developing and managing projects across the globe. Prior to Climate Impact Partners, Rachael spent 2 years in Shell’s NBS team focused on project development partnerships. Earlier, she led a solar business development team at Shell and supported Shell’s New Energies strategy development. Rachael also spent several years at the Carbon Trust in low carbon technology commercialisation and venture capital.
