Christopher Cosack has been leading DEG's interdisciplinary knowledge management project for two years. After gaining experience in regional and commercial banks, among other things, the economist and development economist has held various positions at DEG, one of Europe's largest private sector development finance institutions, since 2004. In all his roles, knowledge sharing and collaboration in distributed teams and across cultural differences have been a key challenge. As a trained moderator, he has a particular eye for the necessary changes in the daily work of each individual within a team of specialists in DEG's knowledge management project.
