The ‘ForestRe’ team has been underwriting forestry on a global basis for twenty years.

Yuming is a dedicated and highly skilled professional specialising in underwriting and risk assessment for forestry and other nature-based investments. With a robust background in programming, Yuming with his colleagues helps design tailored insurance products, and Ming then develops appropriate and sophisticated rating platforms using earth observation data, ensuring ease of use by colleagues and with constant upgrading of the process to ensure more accurate assessment of risk.

Yuming also has a background as a CFA charterholder, further solidifying his credentials and expertise in financial risk analysis.
