Vivian Bertseka is the Head of Climate and Co-Founder of BlueLayer, the end-to-end software platform for carbon project developers. Before co-founding BlueLayer, she was a founding partner of Just Climate. Vivian’s sustainability journey began in 2010 when she joined Generation as an investor in the Climate Solutions Funds, after having spent the first half of her career in more traditional finance. Vivian also sits on the boards of REC Solar ASA and TransitionZero and acts as a Senior Advisor for Blume Equity.
