Vitalija Lavreckyte is the Head of Origination at a carbon intelligence and procurement firm Abatable where she oversees partnerships with financiers looking to invest in carbon projects as well as project developers looking to distribute high quality credits, and fundraise for their projects. Vitalija has spent the last 6 years working within the voluntary carbon market (VCM) supporting both corporate clients with their offsetting needs, and project developers to find access to the market. Her academic background is in Sustainable Development, and she's currently undertaking further studies in Sustainable Finance to help bridge the gap between investors and projects on the ground.
