Pedro Faria is a Partner at Patria Investments and CIO of its Natural Capital strategy, in addition to serving as Co-CEO of the firm’s High-Growth platform. He began his investment career at Patria before co-founding Tarpon Investimentos, where he launched the firm’s Private Equity division, and later served as Global CEO of BRF, leading the company’s international expansion across Asia and the Middle East.

Pedro also co-founded leading platforms in agribusiness and renewable energy, including BrasilAgro and Serena Energia (formerly Omega Energia). In 2018, he founded Kamaroopin, a high-growth investment firm later acquired by Patria.

With more than 25 years of experience across private equity, growth investing, agribusiness and climate solutions, Pedro brings a unique perspective on scaling natural capital strategies and building businesses at the intersection of sustainability and real assets. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2017.
