Laura works as an Engagement Specialist at Robeco’s Active Ownership team. Her expertise lies in engaging with companies operating in the consumer discretionary and staples sectors, focusing on social topics related to human and labor rights in their global supply chains. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Active Ownership Analyst, focusing on corporate governance topics and proxy voting analysis. Before joining Robeco, Laura gained over a year of experience in ESG research working at the United Nations University and non-profit organizations in Latin America and Asia. Laura holds a Master’s double degree in Public Policy from United Nations University - Maastricht University and a Bachelor degree in Economics from University of Barcelona.
