Daniel Bärtschi has dealt with questions relating to agriculture, nutrition and sustainability since childhood. He completed an apprenticeship as a farmer and studied at the Swiss University of Agriculture. He then worked as an agricultural consultant in Switzerland and Romania, Russia and North Korea. He later completed a master's degree in organizational leadership at Eastern University (USA). After further professional positions as programs director in international development cooperation, managing director of Bio Suisse and director of a nature museum, he now has a wealth of experience in the sustainable production of food. He is a pioneer and trailblazer of the regenerative agriculture and food industry movement in Switzerland and worldwide, and advises companies, farms and organizations on how they can work in harmony with nature.
