As Science and Technical Lead at the Arbor Day Foundation, Ali Loker leads the due diligence process to guide forest carbon credit transactions and early-stage carbon project investments. She also collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of planting and funding partners. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ali earned a Doctor of Plant Health degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln after spending nearly a decade working in sustainable agriculture. She is happiest outside and is passionate about connecting people and science to co-create a more sustainable and just world.
