Johnny previously worked on the sell- and buy-side of the investment industry, in South Africa and North America, including for JP Morgan Securities and a leading South African ESG investment manager. Prior to setting up Sail Ventures, he spent time at IDH Sustainable Trade Initiative, where he created and then ran their Innovative Finance team. Johnny leads Sail’s investment team and engagement with the &Green Board and its investors.
