Alexandre leads the commercial activity of hummingbirds, a developer and long-term steward of Nature-based Solutions projects. He first worked there on project finance, contributing to the €50 million raised from European development banks, then on project development in France and Spain. He brings to project planning the offtaker's view: how buyer requirements on integrity, risk and delivery should shape projects from design.

Previously, at The Shared Wood Company, he worked on a government tender for a REDD+ project covering 1.5 million hectares of Peruvian Amazon, meeting indigenous communities in the field and structuring the bid's financials.

He holds an engineering degree from Centrale Lille and a finance degree from IAE Lille.
