Salesforce’s carbon credit program and leads exploration of innovative financing opportunities for climate and nature action. Before joining Salesforce, Rahul spent twelve years developing clean energy ventures, public-private partnerships, and financing initiatives focused on universal access to energy throughout sub-Saharan Africa. He brings experience from the African Development Bank’s Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA), FactorE Ventures, and CleanStar Ventures, and is a co-founder and board member of the EnAccess Foundation. Rahul holds a Master’s in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh and a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
