With over 25 years of experience—7 of which have been with the group—Tricia Wallace brings deep expertise in the financial and operational management of agricultural businesses across both the U.S. and Africa. Her career includes significant leadership and project management roles with TechnoServe in Mozambique, Ethiopia, and the U.S., where they developed practical insight into working with small-scale farmers and driving community development. Prior to this, she worked in Natural Resources Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Tricia holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Tulane University, a BA in Economics and History from Loyola University of New Orleans, and a one-year agriculture certificate from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
