Dr. Stavros Siokos is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner and Member of the Investment Committee at Astarte Capital Partners, an investment firm based in London and global presence, focusing on real assets strategies within the areas of natural capital, sustainable infrastructure and real estate.

Stavros is responsible for overseeing the firm's strategy across various markets and strategic initiatives, as well as driving business development and growth opportunities for the firm.

He has more than 30 years of experience in building and managing businesses in various areas of Capital Markets, Asset Management and Alternative Investments.

Stavros started his career at Salomon Brothers in London, which later became part of Citigroup. He spent many years at Citigroup as Managing Director and global head of alternative executions, portfolio trading strategies and pension fund solutions.

He is the author to several books and academic papers related to finance, engineering, econometrics, and advanced mathematics.

Stavros holds an Electrical and Computer Engineering Diploma from the University of Patras, Greece, a MSc in the same field and a Ph.D. in Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts.
