Nic Mudaly is Chief Executive Officer of BioCarbon Partners (BCP), one of Africa’s leading REDD+ project developers. Born and raised in Southern Africa, he is deeply committed to the continent, its biodiversity, and its people. With a background in finance, Nic is honored to serve at the intersection of climate action, conservation, and sustainable development. Under his leadership, BCP safeguards more than 3.7 million hectares of critical habitat and benefits over 380,000 people, with an ambition to scale to 10 million hectares of high-value conservation areas by 2030. His vision is to position BCP as a trusted leader in the evolving Carbon Market, advancing high-integrity, nature-based solutions that unite climate action, biodiversity protection, and community empowerment.
