Estelle Winkleman is Director of Climate Philanthropy at Salesforce. In this capacity, she oversees the company’s $100 million Ecosystem Restoration & Climate Justice Fund, as well as other philanthropic initiatives focused on accelerating a just transition to a net zero, nature positive world. Estelle previously led the philanthropy pillar of Salesforce’s Racial Equality & Justice Task Force and managed the company’s disaster response program, including its community response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Salesforce, Estelle worked in sustainability within the apparel industry and as a consultant, helping Fortune 100 companies, nonprofit organizations, and foundations develop their social impact and sustainability strategies. She holds a B.A. in American Studies and Business Management from Columbia University.
