Tim is the Co-Founder and CEO of Xilva. Xilva’s project grading and due diligence solutions help corporates and investors to decide for the right nature-based solution project, so that they can invest with confidence in forests and nature. Xilva provides the full picture of impact, return potential and risk in this rapidly growing asset class, across the entire investment cycle.

Before founding Xilva in 2021, he was early partner and executive in digital consultancy Namics AG, which is the largest in Switzerland and Top 15 in Germany. He grew the company from 7 to 550 employees, and then successfully exited to dentsu Inc. in 2018. These experience have helped him attain robust financial services industry experience, expertise in creating digital customer experience and in agile methodologies. Tim has also been an angel investor in multiple B2B SaaS businesses. He is the founder and president of TEDxZurich. Tim has a Masters and PhD in business/innovation management University of St. Gallen. He has done a bank apprenticeship and work as a credit analyst.
