Thomas is the Vice President of Pre-Issuance Solutions at Sylvera. He designs the infrastructure to help clients channel capital into early-stage projects. Prior to joining Sylvera, Thomas spent 10 years in Private Equity working for Ares Management Corporation, CDPQ and Riverside, where he deployed >$3bn of equity. He was also part of the team that built Uber in the UK & Ireland, and turned it into a $1bn business within 2 years. He then founded Fenix Carbon, a climate tech start-up offering standardised data for carbon finance. Thomas holds a Master’s in Finance from University Paris-Sorbonne.
