Roberto Vitón is Managing Director of Valoral Advisors, an internationally recognized advisory Firm based in Luxembourg and Argentina, and specialized in the global food and agriculture investment space. Since he founded the Firm in 2010, Roberto has advised a wide array of institutional investors and Family Offices to deploy capital across the whole asset spectrum and capital structure, including farmland, row crops and permanent crops, private equity opportunities across the food and ag value chain, VC and structured finance. The Firm’s focus geographies are Latin America, North America and Europe. He also oversees a family-owned farming business in South America.
