Marie-Aimee Boury is a structured finance professional with 33 years international business experience at Société Générale in New York, London and Paris. She has a demonstrated track record in advising, structuring and executing complex transactions in project finance, structured finance and project bonds.

Throughout her various positions, she has developed an in-depth understanding of debt financing and capital markets in energy and infrastructure on a global basis, with a strong focus on emerging markets and blended finance, in particular in Africa and Latin America.  She has built a global network of trusted relationships amongst corporates, financial sponsors, MDBs, institutional and impact investors. 

She is currently leads Societe Generale’s business development in innovative Impact Based Finance, opening new markets for the group in new high-impact, high-growth asset classes such as natural capital, regenerative agriculture, decentralized solar, amongst others.

The team also supports impact enablers that contribute to increased liquidity for impact investments in EMDEs, as well as collaborative initiatives promoting efficient blended finance and ecosystem building.
