Lindsey Crumbaugh is a Director at NPX where she is responsible for deploying NPX’s innovative results-based financing mechanism to drive impact. Prior to NPX, Lindsey held a number of leadership positions at Sama (formerly Samasource), a social business with a mission to reduce global poverty through work. Before Samasource, Lindsey worked for the Clinton Health Access Initiative in Zambia serving as the Deputy Country Director and Senior Program Manager working on national strategies aimed at increasing the public’s access to health services. Lindsey started her career in finance, working in private equity and investment banking. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in applied economics and management from Cornell University.
