This includes setting ambitious targets with special attention for the challenges in emerging markets. I integrate ESG considerations into the investment process and guard the trade-off between responsible investment initiatives, the risk/return profile of the portfolio and other risks. Before joining Prudential, I was investment strategist at PGGM, where I focused on responsible investment and strategic asset allocation.
