Iris Ng Than is Global Sustainability Lead for Natural Rubber at Pirelli, where she drives initiatives in responsible sourcing, supply chain traceability, and supplier engagement, alongside on-ground community programmes to advance sustainability across the company’s global natural rubber supply chain.She brings over a decade of experience in sustainability, spanning agricommodity, logistics, and real estate sectors, as well as conservation non-profits and environmental education. She has held sustainability roles in Global 500 and other major multinational companies, with expertise in sustainability risk management, EHS management systems, sustainability reporting and benchmarking, and carbon accounting across complex global supply chains. With an academic background in Environmental Biology and Environmental Management from the National University of Singapore, she brings a multidisciplinary, ecosystem-based perspective to her work.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with animals, diving for fun, and exploring ideas about humanity and nature over a cup of tea.
