Felipe is the Founder and CEO of Grupo Ramsa (2007-2024), a conglomerate of Peruvian companies that cover the entire value chain of the forestry business, from nurseries to tree planting in deforested areas and their management, harvest, industrialization and marketing of timber products. He is also a board member (2016-2024) of the National Forest Authority (SERFOR), representing the private sector (CONFIEP).
Felipe received the Medal of Honor from the Peruvian Ministry of Agriculture in 2016 for his contribution to the development of the forestry sector. He has also received recognition as a Peruvian Business Leader of Change for medium-sized companies in 2016 from Ernest & Young (EY) and El Comercio.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Felipe worked in the Private Equity sector (Actis) and Investment Banking (Citi, BBVA) in New York, Madrid and Lima raising more than US$2.5 billion for different companies. Felipe has an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico (Peru).
