Green Climate Fund
Daniel Farchy manages ecosystem transition investment in the Green Climate Fund’s Private Sector Facility. Prior to this, Daniel was at the European Investment Bank, where he led development of new green capital markets products for the bank, as well as investment in innovative climate funds. Daniel also previously worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), leading work with financial institutions on green finance in Latin America, as well as in environmental asset management companies focused on carbon finance, and as an energy economist at the World Bank. He holds masters’ degrees in Natural Sciences from the University of Oxford, and in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University - SAIS.
