Charlotte joined Mirova in May 2022. She has been a pioneer in carbon finance business: between 2006 and 2012, she created and structured the carbon activity within Natixis, with the development of a large carbon credit purchase agreement (ERPA) portfolio on primary markets and the design of related structured products for European corporates to meet their emission reduction goals.

Charlotte worked on more than 40 projects in Asia and Latin America, implemented solid project selection process, and signed a dozen ERPAs representing more than 15M tCO2eq. She managed dynamically the carbon credit portfolio to deal with delivery, issuance, registration, counterparty and political risks.
Charlotte then developed the strategic equity solutions in EMEA. She was in charge of origination and structuration of several transactions with corporates and other clients focused on collateralized financing and derivative structures.
Charlotte is an engineer by training (Ecole des Mines de Nancy) and also holds a masters in quantitative finance from Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
