Anna is a trained bio-organic farmer, economist and social anthropologist on a mission to drive direct investments to the stewards of our precious natural world. Anna has been involved in the carbon market from the beginning. She started nature-based carbon and biodiversity project development in 2001, served as investment advisor for two carbon market funds (ISCCP US$ 280m, CCISA Euro 80m) and held a Board Seat with the Climate Markets and Investment Association from 2008-2018 (www.cmia.net).

In 2019, Anna joined Wildlife Works as Global Director for Policy and External Affairs, where she built a team and strategy pushing for environmental integrity and social safeguards in environmental markets globally, where she co-founded the Peoples Forests Partnership. In 2024, Anna joined the Peoples Forests Partnership (PFP) as Executive Director to follow the call of communities to create a safe space for communities and companies to learn from each other and create trusted and equitable investment partnerships.
