Maxime Geraudie is a Director at Bregal Sphere. Prior to joining Bregal in 2024, Maxime spent six years as an investor in the European Private Equity team at Investcorp based in London, where he was involved in the origination, execution and portfolio management of mid-market deals across the technology and business services sectors. Maxime started his career in M&A at Canaccord Genuity.

Maxime holds an MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School.
