Richard has over 13 years’ multidisciplinary experience in Climate and Sustainable Development as a standards setter, auditor and project developer. His primary area of expertise is in MRV of community based activities ranging from farming, improved cooking, safe water supply, lighting and farming. He has an academic background in zoology and in sustainable architecture.

He works for Gold Standard in the Sustainable Finance and Innovation team which develops new ways to unlock value by measuring sustainable development impact.
