Raymond is an Associate at RMI’s Carbon Markets Initiative. His work focuses on the role of cutting-edge technologies in scaling high-quality carbon credits.
Graduated from Harvard, Raymond dedicated the past six years to tracking the UN climate negotiations on issues of Article 6 and transparency. He supported the development of carbon meta-registry to connect global environmental markets.
Through his work at C2ES, Potsdam Institute, Harvard Project on Climate Agreements, and the Harvard China Project, he analyzed market-based climate policies in various jurisdictions across the globe.
