Dr Tim Coles OBE, CEO of rePLANET is a biodiversity scientist who has worked on biodiversity projects over a 40+ year period in the government (forerunner of the UK Environment Agency), NGO (established IEMA) and private (Operation Wallacea and rePLANET) sectors. Tim led on the developmentof the Wallacea Trust biodiversity credit methodology which is used as the basis of the Plan Vivo biodiversity credit standard and has also been instrumental in developing an independent peer review mechanism for biodiversity claims. Tim is CEO of rePLANET which is stacking carbon and biodiversity credits to fund forest restoration projects in countries sucha s Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Romania, UK and many other sites.
