Thekla Teunis is co-founder and Strategic Director of Grounded, which she started 7 years ago in South Africa. Grounded works with farmers to enable them to produce regenerative agricultural products, builds companies which process these products, and brings them to the right markets. She loves working with farmers, and being on the land, or in nature. Grounded's work is guided by its values of humility, courage, openness, fairness, adaptability and honesty. Before setting up Grounded, she co-founded a social enterprise in the Netherlands, and worked as a strategy consultant.
